This Refund Policy applies to all orders placed for products and services provided by ("", "we", "our" and/or "us") through our physical stores, websites, web apps, phone calls, and mobile applications ("sites"). The policy explains how refunds work at and how you can request the refunds for which you are eligible.
Make sure that you really need an order to be delivered to you before making a payment for it. We begin to prepare your order immediately after your order has been confirmed with us. This means that once we have received payment for your order, it automatically enters the preparation stage, after which we can no longer accept cancellation of the order.
By using our sites to place an order, you agree to the terms of this refund policy, in addition to our privacy policy and terms of service.

****All eligible refunds will be issued to your orders' original payment methods or as vouchers that are added to your account, which you can redeem in future orders only via our sites ****
If you have ever received a wrong order from us, we sincerely apologise. To correct a wrong order, please contact us with a photo of the order soon after delivery and we will endeavour to quickly collect the wrong order and deliver the correct order. Be sure to be available for the order items pickup, as we will not issue refunds if it is not our fault that the wrong order is not collected.
Please keep the wrong order in its original packing. Orders not in their original packaging, or which origin or issue we cannot verify, will not be collected and no refunds will be issued.
On the rare occasion that your order is delivered with a missing item, please contact us, as soon as you notice this, with a photo of your order and we will issue a refund for the full cost of the missing item, after verifying the issue.
By missing items, we mean the items that you have paid for only. Refunds will not be issued for any missing courtesy items, including knives, forks, spoons, serviettes, e.t.c. If we mistakenly omit a free courtesy item, feel free to tell us so as to address the issue with our staff.
We take excellent care when preparing and packaging your order, and we are proud of all our dishes. If you are not satisfied with the taste of a meal that you ordered with us, you are welcome to let us know and we will try and address this with our staff. We cannot provide refunds for food that a customer simply does not like.
You can cancel your orders that are still in the "PENDING PAYMENT" status within the Orders section of your account.
If we cancel your order for whatever reason, we will let you know immediately. If our delivery syrdr attempted to find or reach you at your delivery address but was unsuccessful and we consequently cancelled your order, you would not be eligible for a refund.
If you notice that your order contains a damaged or spoilt item, please contact us soon after delivery with a photograph of your order and we will investigate this with our staff. We will attempt to deliver the item again or issue a refund for the full cost of the item.
We make great efforts to prepare and package our food items for high quality food preservation. Please note that some food items may loose their original temperature and consistency between packaging the food items and getting them to you.
If you specified some dietry requirements as part of your order that were not met when you received the order, please contact us immediately after delivery with a photograph of the order. We will look into this with our staff and arrange to collect the order while delivering another one with your dietary requirements.
We cannot issue a refund or cash value for any complimentary food items, for whatever reason.
If your order is not delivered due solely to our fault or negligence, we will issue a refund for the total price of that order.
We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, which is why we start preparing your order immediately after we receive your payment confirmation. We encourage you to review your order satisfactorily on the checkout screen before placing the order. We may not be able to add to or remove from your order once it is placed.
Your order may fail delivery if we are unable to find or reach you. When our syrdr arrives at your delivery address, they are instructed to contact you, so it may be a good idea to keep your phone close by when you are expecting the delivery. Our syrdr will wait at your delivery address for a few minutes and if they still cannot reach you, for whatever reason, they will return your order and you will not be eligible for a refund.
If you choose to have the food re-delivered, you may have to pay additional delivery and service fees. Also, keep in mind that the temperature and consistency of some of the food items in your order may no longer be guaranteed.
We can refund or replace an order upon request if the order was wrong, missing items, and in other similar situations. Refunds will not be issued if you refuse delivery of your order for other reasons.
If there are issues with a payment for your order, for example, you have been charged for the order but your order status is still showing as "PENDING PAYMENT", please contact us immediately and we will try to fix the issues and refund you as necessary.
If you choose to redirect your order to a location different from the delivery address on your order, you may have to pay addtional delivery and service fees. This service is not guaranteed, especially if your new location is outside of our delivery areas.
